Complete Service
From the moment you register we will provide the following services:

• An initial in depth discussion to understand your requirements, this can either be by telephone or preferably a meeting.

• Completion of a questionnaire.

• We will immediately carry out a complete search. This search will include internet portals, developers, auction houses, local and national press, national and independent estate agents and any properties being sold privately in a discreet manner.

• As soon as the results of our in depth search have been realized, we will send them to you via email or post which ever you prefer.

• In the meantime we will view all the potential properties and inform you of their pros and cons. This will highlight what the estate agent didn't.

• In addition we will supply you with digital photographs via email on the day of viewing so that you have a better overall idea of the properties.

• If you do decide to make a personal inspection of the short listed properties then we are more than happy to arrange viewing times with the estate agents releasing only your name. When you decide to inspect the properties we are more than happy to meet you at any local bus/train station or airport.

• At this time we would be delighted to show you the area highlighting possible areas of interest including schools, services, road links, leisure facilities etc.

• Once you have found the right property and you decide to make a formal offer. We will negotiate with the estate agent on your behalf.

• Once the sale has been agreed we can put you in touch with solicitors, mortgage and insurance advisors, architects, planning consultants, interior and garden designers, builders and removal companies. Anything to make your purchase less stressful!

FEES
Registration fee of £500 (inc VAT) for six months search period or for such other period as agreed, payable in advance. A fee of 1.25% +VAT of the purchase price is payable on exchange of contracts.
