Preview Service
From the moment you register we will provide the following services:

• You inform us of the property we will then view it and provide an initial report by telephone.

• We will then write to you confirming our thoughts highlighting the negatives and positives.

• We will send you digital photographs via email or by post which ever you prefer.

• If you do decide to inspect the property then we are more than happy to arrange a viewing.

• We are more than happy to meet you at any local bus/train station or airport and take you to view the property.

• At this time we would be delighted to show you the area highlighting possible areas of interest including schools, services, road links, leisure facilities etc. If you would like to be made aware of any local clubs, societies or association within your chosen area we are more than happy to find out about them for you.

• If you then feel that the property is the right one for you, we are happy to negotiate with the estate agent on your behalf.

• Once the sale has been agreed we can put you in touch with solicitors, mortgage and insurance advisors, architects, planning consultants, interior and garden designers, builders and removal companies. Anything to make your purchase less stressful!

FEES
The fee is £150 + VAT per property. If the property is then purchased a commission of 1.25% + VAT of the purchase price is payable on exchange of contracts.
